PENALTIES

Cakes is understood to include any of the following; this list is not exhaustive

• Cakes
• Donuts
• Slices
• Muffins

In the instance of an aggravated offence, Cake is understood to include;

• Krispy Kreme Donuts
• Cream filled Cakes
• Homemade / freshly baked cakes

Cakes, as defined above, can replaced with an exciting treat from a holiday destination.

Krispy Kreme donuts (original glaze) are the minimum standard required of any Cake Fine

ANY offence committed by anyone of the rank of Inspector or above will always be aggravated.

Cakes provided must be to a level that every person within the Officer's immediate team should be able to enjoy a generous helping of the 'Cake' provided. 

If the 'Cake fine' is of insufficient quantity or quality is provided, then the fine is not paid, and must be repaid in full at the earliest opportunity.
